What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring an ID and insurance card (if you would like to use insurance). We will take care of the rest!
How to I schedule an appointment?
Drive-Thru Urgent Care – No appointment needed. Please drive up during business hours and we will be there to help!
Primary Care – You can call us or go to the primary care page of the website and click on “schedule a visit”.
SmartLABS – No appointment needed. Park at the front of the building during normal business hours and walk in.
Are Telehealth or virtual visits available?
Telehealth visits may be requested for convenience when a physical evaluation is not required. Telehealth visits will be billed at in-person rates.
Do you accept my insurance?
Please review the insurance and pricing page for in-network plans. If you are unsure, always call the provider services number on the back of your card to confirm network status. We are listed as SmartMED, LLC, under the name of Dr. Lucas Lathrop.
Do you offer self-pay options?
Absolutely! We purposefully have low self-pay fees for those without traditional insurance. Please visit the insurance and pricing page on ther website to see all self-pay prices.
